I have fought to establish annual budget priorities and performance measures throughout County government

I introduced alternative budget proposals for Fiscal Year 2005 showing how the County could remain both within the Charter limit and reduce property taxes and still increase funding for critical services such as public safety, education and primary health care for the uninsured.
